
I didn't buy a lot of things in Ethiopia. Truthfully there isn't much to buy. I did get a few necklaces and other odds and ends from the women in the Village who were selling some items and also at the Mercado on our last day in Addis, but really...you can go to Ethiopia and not spend much on extra stuff.

The VOH kids are so cute. They were always drawing and coloring special pictures for us. Here's a sampling of what I received.

I bought this picture from an LDS guy in Shashamene.

My dad bought a bunch of these banana prints. They are so cheap to buy...but expensive to frame :) I love having things in my home that remind me of Africa.
